From beginning to end, our basement renovation was extremely professional and very well done. The attention to detail was impressive and, over the past five years since its completion, I have never seen a better job.

Selection is good but I strongly recommend calling ahead to see if Sandy will even be there. In my five visits to the store over two projects, I have had to wait outside four out of five times until she returned at some point. Secondly, ask her to make sure that the tile is the same one that you ordered. We ordered a tile and what was delivered to us was different. "Oh yeah, you can't get that other one anymore." At what point did she know this? Did she honestly think we wouldn't notice? Why would she waste our time and our tile contractor's time like that? She returned our money with very little fuss (besides having to wait until after 10:00 AM for her to open her store). This is a terrible way to run a business!!!
