We purchased our windows 7 years ago from Centra Windows. I recently called because water was backing up in the track of one window during a heavy storm. The service we received in response was excellent, from Anna in Customer Service, to Scott who came (right on time) to remediate the problem. Scott was personable, professional, and dealt with the issue, not just in the window where the water had backed up, but also in all the other windows. You can tell a lot about a company from the service the provide AFTER they have sold you the product
