Christopher Brown showed up in our home to do the yearly inspection on our water heater. He introduced himself and didn't waste anytime getting to work. He was aproachable, friendly and professional. It was just like talking with a friend with Christopher, he was easy to talk to. He explained things in a simple, easy to understand language and not in jargon. When Christopher completed his inspection, he explained about his findings and said that our water heater is in great working condition, that's good to know. Also, Christopher explained about the NEST thermostat, it's features, installed it and explained how we will save money on our bill. I was happy with the service Christopher had provided for us.
