This is the second time that I have used Handyman Connection for my needs. We wanted to have a new tile backsplash installed after we had a new countertop installed. We requested a quote and were introduced to Don. Don gave us a very attractive quote and some insights tile sizes and materials. Don is very personable and professional. He recommended longer subway tiles for our backsplash. He also recommended a couple different ways to hang the tiles. Don's tile work is really good. We are really happy with how it all tuned out. The recommendations we get from the contractors at Handyman Connection really make it easy to get the materials we need and end up with the results we want in our projects. Thanks again.

Working with Handyman connection, Robart was recommended to wire our new bathroom. Rob came out to look over what we needed and give us a quote. Rob was very knowledgeable in his field. I was informed upfront of all of the work that needed doing. As the breaker panel we had was full, to wire in the bathroom required a new panel. The quote I received was clear and concise and listed all that was discussed in person. When his staff came to do the actual work they were very respectful and completed the job quickly. They were able to fish the wires to the panel area with only the need to make one small easily repairable access hole. When the work was inspected by the city inspector, it was mentioned that Robart was doing the work. The inspector mentioned "When you work as long as I have you know who the good guys are that do good work." Took a 10-15 second look and passed the work. Its good to know Robart has such a reputation with the city inspectors.

We needed a basement bathroom for our place as one bathroom wouldn't do any longer. I sought out 3 quotes from top rated contractors on Homestars. Handyman Connection was the team for us. Alex was the project manager for my renovation, he visited my house and was very knowledgeable. He had his initial look to gather some information. Alex arranged to have a Master plumber (Darren) come and visit to answer the questions he could not tell us what we needed. When that information was gathered he put together a very comprehensive quote detailing framing, plumbing, drywalling, flooring and finishing costs. Handyman Connection didn't at the time have a master electrician on staff, but arranged to have another local company (Robart Electrical) work with them to wire up the bathroom and breaker panel. Alex even went above and beyond to recommend bathroom products like shower, toilet, and flooring as we didn't know what we should get. Alex even managed to provide me a detailed shopping list of building materials so I didn't have to guess at what I needed. The items I didn't have his team picked up for me and itemized is for my review. They didn't ask for a deposit and billed me at each major phase completion. The bathroom was recently finished and its great. Thanks to Alex, Omer, and Darren for making this bathroom a cost effective reality. I will contact them again if I have any work I need done in the future.
