When it was time to replace the old Dectron for our indoor pool, we interviewed several companies and learned about a few product choices. It's a big investment! Mike Belperio of Aerosmith stood out head and shoulders above the others. He was knowledgeable, experienced, respectful, patient, honest. We found him to be easily our top choice. Mike proved to be true to his word and exceeded our expectations. He communicates immediately, explaining the equipment and customizations so as to make it understandable. He returns calls and shows up when he says he will. When adjustments were needed, Mike was creative at finding solutions. He never refused additional requests, such as hooking up the in-floor heating. He explained every step of the process and we found him to be very accurate. He knows what he's doing. Mike is not one to disappear once the install is done; true to his word, he followed up with any kinks that needed to be ironed out, and was very patient as we learned to use the new hvac system with all the new features and software. Over the years as homeowners, we have hired many contractors for many jobs. Hands down, Mike was the best for our new pool equipment install. We would recommend him without hesitation. Our new house had a malfunctioning Aqualink System, it was an older version that was intricately connected to pool, spa, three pumps etc. Local pool company recommended a whole new remote unit. We got in touch with Pioneer Pools of Oakville, and there Adam the Service Manager quickly assessed the problem and recommended a switch to new iAqualink rather than replacing the old unit with the now obsolete software. Adam placed the order, and then Andrew and Tommy came to install it. They were friendly, quick, efficient, and very patient in explaining how it works. Andrew offered back-up service anytime, which was much appreciated. The new system works far better than expected and we are very happy with the service. Thanks, guys!
