Great service. Workers very professional. Gave a major trim to our giant Manitoba Maple. Cut down a small Siberian Elm to the ground. Trimmed a bunch of other small trees that had grown unruly. Overall, totally satisfied with the job. Highly recommend this company!

After experiencing a worsening infestation of carpentar ants each spring for 4 years, we decided to call Cain Pest Control 2 years ago. Since then, they have sprayed the house twice and there are basically no ants to be seen since then. Carlo was very friendly. He explained the entire process to us before doing the work. He also used minimum chemicals in the house and went as far as to remove some of the baseboards and leave ant powder inside the walls to avoid using more pesticides than necessary. We would definitely recommend him to anyone with a pest problem.

We are repeat customers of Green Gardeners. Last summer (2011), we hired the company to redo the entire front yard with natural stone and native plants. We also mulched the entire backyard and had a small retaining wall built. This summer (2012), we rehired Andrew/Kris to create a raised garden bed in the backyard using more natural stone. The team at Green Gardeners is very professional and cost-conscious. The staff definitely promotes eco-landscaping. They always make the whole process lots of fun. We went together to look at and choose stones at the stone yard. Another day, we went together to various gardeners to look for the right plants. At every step, Andrew/Kris gave us their professional opinion and recommendations but with plenty of opportunity for us to provide some input. Overall, a great company to deal with... We are planning to hire them again next year to continue working on the backyard: flagstone path, patio within the trellis, fire pit, etc.

Nev was hired to perform a mold inspection of our home. As well, we requested a thermal scan of the entire house to determine the location of our heating ducts, the location of possible water leaks and the possible locations where wall insulation was missing. From start to finish of this job, Nev was completely professional. He took the time to explain every step to us - how the work was going to be done and the upfront cost. We spent a good 1/2 day with Nev as he completed his work. In the process, we learned all kinds of interesting things about our house. We highly valued his services and would highly recommend him to anyone needing these types of services.

I was interested in possibly installing a backflow valve on my sewer line to avoid any potential basement flooding - in case the City sewer ever backed up due to torrential rain. Drainworks recommended that we investigate the state of my sewer line using a snake and a camera. Drain technician came over on the same day that I made the appointment. He was very thorough and spent almost 2 hours showing me the state of the line on camera and explaining everything to me: state of sewer line, options for backflow prevention. In the end, we decided that a backflow valve is not really necessary and not worth the expense. However, in the process, it was discovered that the sewer line is heavily clogged with tree roots and that, at a minimum, they need to be rooted out or the outside sewer line replaced. Technician was very professional, wore booties and cleaned up after himself. I would have no hesitation re-hiring this company for future work.

Left a message requesting assessment of work required. Contractor called back within a day. Came to assess the work within a couple of days. Needed to replace some bricks on the foundation wall between house and cold storage room. Hole had been created years ago to accommodate furnace/water heater exhaust pipes. Agreed on a day when work would be done. Quote provided. Contractor came and completed work in a couple of hours. VERY NICE QUALITY WORK. Very professional. Always on-time. Cleaned everything up. Left winter boots at door. Completely satisfied. Would not hesitate to rehire.
