Hired them for two jobs in close succession: a roof tune up (~$600), including reattachment of loose heating cables, and a flange replacement (~$400) that their tune up revealed to be in need. Jobs were scheduled within a reasonable amount of time (within a week), the workers were polite, professional and transparent to deal with, and there was no attempt at up-selling. Unfortunately, the flange replacement did not repair the issue I was concerned about (minor leak), but they came back within two days to re-check their work and rule out the roof as the cause of the issue, allowing me to pivot to addressing the solution with non-roofing-related professionals. I'd hire them again and recommend them without hesitation.
