Sales Related: We approached Tony to get a quote on installing a new AC in my new built house. From the get go he was meticulous in understanding my requirement, asked questions pertinent to them and offered me solution that was equal or better than what I was looking for. He also educated me on elements of the air purification system. He will not sell you anything that you don't need and if you do ask for it he will let you know it. That to me is great value in doing business with For Savings. Price of the install was cheaper than other larger HVAC companies but in line with other companies that door knock. Service Related: The crew came on time (sorry did not take their names), they were awesome too and explained to me what was going to happen and how the whole installation would go. We have a few questions during the install and they answered it without much fuss. They cleaned the area reasonably well and before they left, explained to me in good detail the usability and maintenance of the system. Really happy that I decided to go with for savings.

Mohsin, Nasser and Alireza were extremely professional, worked with our design ideas and gave honest feedback if they thought otherwise. Mohsen coordinated and supervised the entire install, got the ESA permits and ensured that they cleaned up all wire and debris upon completion. Mohsen's attitude and flexibility towards understanding our needs and working around them really impressed me and my wife. We're so glad we selected Certified Pot lights to get our main floor pot lights. During the whole install there was only 1 additional hole that was done to pull wires which I think considering the scope of work was incredible. Thank you guys. Thank you Mohsen.

Sales related feedback: I requested a very specific time slot to have a tech / sales consultant get me a quote. Nigel being the Sales Manager at Button's heating was the one who could make it as his team was busy with other visits. He was quite thorough and direct about what I require and what I don't (as opposed to the must have the other contractors had said). A few weeks later when I called him again beyond working hours and on a weekend he was more than willing to not only work on my call but also work a good deal that had just ended. It clearly showed me the extend that the Button's team would go to "EARN" my business. - Thanks a lot Nigel. Feedback Installation team: Installation was done on the planned date by Justin and Allan. They were very professional and did a fantastic job with the installation. They answered all our questions, explained me how the system works, cleaned up and left by 3.00 p.m. Great job done guys. Thanks a lot. Overall really satisfied with the sales and the install.
