Had this for 2 winters now and love the roof; it definitely adds value to the home. All staff at New Steel were very pleasant to deal with and were very accommodating. Installers were careful with their work, especially in regards to safety and ensured that scaffolding was used where necessary. The only problem with the painted steel product is after an ice storm, sheets of ice will slide down creating a big bang as the ice is broken up by the icebreakers, but in our case fragments of ice would also crash onto our neighbours side wall as the it falls off. Just something to bear in mind.
