We hired Aaron to completely replace the original 1939 stairs leading to our basement. Out of the four quotes we examined, Aaron impressed me with his thorough grasp of the complexities of building these new stairs. He sent his quote with plans drawn for the new stairs compared with old, and complete dimensions. He was the only contractor who truly convinced me that they knew what to do, how to do it, and make it happen on schedule and budget. I have ZERO doubts that you would also be incredibly happy with Aaron's work if you hire him. He's also a friendly, smart, meticulous, and hard working, as is his sister Taylor who worked on our project too. One last compliment- I have a few- is that Aaron won't leave the job until you are completely satisfied with the work. Thanks for our beautiful new stairs Aaron and Taylor!

We were suddenly left in a lurch to get our gas boiler and hot water heater tank disconnected when we were strangely ghosted by our former company!! We had to urgently find another company to perform this work, on a specific date so that the drywalling could proceed on schedule. We were very fortunate that Andrew from Shipton's came to save the day! He showed up, quoted us a price and moved "mountains" to reschedule other jobs so that we could get our work done on the only date available to us. The tech Ian came on time and worked meticulously to carefully disconnect the boiler, gas water heater, seal the gas pipes, and remove the old cast iron pipes. Shipton's literally saved the day!! Definitely and honest and reliable company.

After a really exhaustive search with many quotes for redoing our driveway, front & side walkways, a new rear patio and new walkway to garage, I can say we were very fortunate to work with Twenty Creek Landscaping to do a whole "makeover" of our home's exterior. They weren't the cheapest, but worth the extra as the end result was amazing!! Luke, the owner and lead designer, is a young guy, don't be deceived by his age as he is very competent and truly knowledgeable about all aspects of landscaping and concrete paver installation. Most especially, Luke strives hard to ensure that you as the client are completely satisfied by each step of the project. Excellent responsiveness to texts and calls, and an outstanding customer service experience! He had a terrific crew of hard working guys on our site: Brian, Rob and Berto were here every day and were friendly, professional and did a super job- despite the cold and even occasional snow of late November and early December. Again, my spouse and I are really happy with the final results of this project, and Luke and his team were the best and easiest group of guys we've ever worked with as contractors. Strongly recommended!

We reviewed eight- yes 8- quotes before selecting Everlast. So, we think we were thorough and finally found the best company for our project. We were changing almost all of our windows as well as the front door- 15 items in total. The salesperson Francesco was knowledgeable, friendly and very willing to answer all of our questions- which were many. We'd also say that Francesco was a pleasure to work with because he was patient, no pressure, and took the necessary time to fully explain anything we inquired about- all with no attitude. We also were impressed by Cliff who came to take the exact measurements to ensure everything would fit well and who foresaw how to resolve any issues. Finally, we have to give kudos and a big thumbs up to the installation crew, led by Jeff. This guy especially was careful, exacting and made sure that we were completely satisfied with the window or door installation. He is one of a kind, and a real asset to this company- the kind of guy who makes you really happy with your choice!! We also speak highly of Cody and Dhillon, the other two guys who came to help install the windows and do the casings on the interior. The work was done very well, and any small flaws were corrected with a smile! We are thrilled- really!!- with how dramatically better our old home looks. This wasn't the easiest installation as the work was done "brick to brick" in an 83 year old masonry walled house, but these guys did truly an amazing job :-) Yay!! Thank you again Everlast and your staff for making this a much nicer and more beautiful home.

Peak Glass was one of three quotes that we obtained for a two panel glass shower. They were not the cheapest price, but they came promptly to quote for the installation and promised to complete the work well before their competitors. We are very happy with the final result. Dealing with Annette and Tyler was also a pleasure !

Landmark Roofing quoted for our 8 unit townhouse complex, with two flat roofed old bitumen type roofing membrane that was leaking. His quote was for a new type of roofing material, TPO, which we researched and determined would be suitable for us. David had a superb crew of guys working on installing the new roof, with new metal flashing caps. The work was completed on time and really looks great. I would definitely recommend using their services.

We started our bathroom reno April 3rd, and our previous tiling guy did such shoddy work that we let him go. Luckily for us, Peter was available June 4. He and Edgar are true pros- they did a shower, glass accents, tub, baseboards and fixed up the floor mess from guy#1. All in 3 1/2 days too! The quality is top notch, making our new bathroom look stupendous. We recommend them very highly- Salamat!

After interviewing three contractors, we selected Kato Electrical. Colin was very professional and thorough, and explained the aspects of the job which involved moving the location of our townhome's electrical panel out of the kitchen, and the need for a new power cable from the electrical service room. This job was done on time in two days and for the quoted price, which was a bit lower than the other two. But I was most impressed with Colin's attitude, work ethic, and friendliness which made all the difference. We would definitely wholeheartedly recommend others to use Kato and Colin's services for any home electrical requirements.
