During our first meet with Ilker his detail walk through was eye opening and solution driven.  Our new home had some settling cracks, tape coming apart from seams and poor mudding around windows and joints that needed to be remedied.  Ilker’s recommendations included getting a professional taper to come in to tackle our areas of concern to ensure that we would be completely satisfied with the final outcome.  He was the only one to offer this more long-term solution to us. The taper and Emery (lead painter) were incredible. They scanned through each room; repairing every ceiling joint, window and unsightly mark to be repaired– well beyond our initial walkthrough findings. The painters did not disappoint.  Just as Ilker had promised, they were on time and willing to do what was required to complete the large job in a timely manner.  In fact, timely is an understatement – they completed the full project in half the time that four other highly recommended painters estimated.  It was incredible to witness from beginning to end -- our entire home was upended to be painted and the process was stress free!! They helped with moving large items, worked with our schedule, excellent at communicating and willing to work with me to remedy any small areas that need some extra care. I am thrilled with the results. All members of the European Touch team were professional and personable.  I am grateful for the obvious pride in workmanship they took and the ongoing desire to meet customer goals throughout the entire process.  Without hesitation, I will be calling them for our next project and highly recommend them to anyone looking for painting.

Ronnie, my go to sales associate, was incredible at explaining the benefits of going with a trusted window company to my mother in law and assured her that the job would be completed in a timely manner with quality workmanship. At the time of measurement, Devon was equally knowledgable and helpful in answering all the questions my mother in law had. True to their words, intsallers Billy, Donny, Andrew, Noel and Mike did not skip a beat. They were courteous, clean and detailed oriented. Truly wonderful installers and people. This company is such a pleasure to work with! We are repeat Shower Deluxe customers (2013, 2015) that recently had custom glass doors installed (March 2017). Everything from initial quote to meticulous installation to detailed clean-up is first class. I have already begun researching the design of our wine cellar and look forward to having Shower Deluxe install the glass wall and door. Without hesitation, I recommend this company.
