I can't even begin to describe my disappointment with this company. I had seen a few of their trucks around when I was considering putting in an irrigation system, and read some reviews and figured they should be good. I compared their quote to others, and although they were significantly pricier than every other quote I recieved, I leaned toward this company simply because of how long they had been in business. I figured that must be a good sign, and boy was I wrong. I won't get into every single little thing that they did wrong and unprofessionally. But I will say that I've never been so turned off of a company in my entire life. I couldn't even get them to finish the work that I had paid them for. Calls and emails were not returned. I switched to a new company to finish the job and take care of my irrigation system, and it's been the best decision. I am utterly a amazed that Alan and his company are still able to stay in business. Horribly unprofessional, tried multiple times to charge for their own mistakes, incredibly hard to get a hold of, and no idea how to speak to clients. The only reason I am giving them two stars is because of their service guys who do the actual work. The different guys I had come out were friendly and understanding. All of them even seem to understand my frustrations with Alan, as if they have seen these issues before. If you value your lawn, time, and money, I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Ronan was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the very beginning when setting up the initial quote, to starting the work, to working alongside other contractors who I had doing other work, and dealing with small last minute changes. I will recommend Ronan and Carrigane Plasterworks to anyone who asks. Don't hesitate to use this company.

I had contacted Joe via homestars and he was very prompt with his responses. Once everything was set up, we had Tyler and another guy show up to do the work. Tyler was extremely informative and a very nice guy to talk to. He walked me through everything they were doing, and I appreciated that. He was also very honest and didnt try to upsell me on a central vacuum cleaning which I thought I might need. He even took the time to check it out and honestly determined that it wasn't needed. There was one air return that was missed by mistake, but after contacting Joe about it he sent Tyler back out. Tyler did the work very quickly, was very apologetic, and I was more than satisfied with the job they did. Would happily recommend Dial One to anyone.

Russell and his team did a great job on our house. They perfectly matched colors on the existing downspouts that we needed extended, and they did a very clean job with the capping around the garage and back door. We were very satisfied with the job they did, and would recommend them again.
