TSR Pest Control scheduled the service the same day I called. I had seen evidence of mice in the house, and I had heard ominous sounds of something larger than a mouse in the ductwork. I was impressed by the thoroughness of their investigation, by their knowledge of how rats and mice differ in their behaviour, by their care and attention to detail. I had held off dealing with the mouse problem because I dreaded being told that I would need to find and seal up all possible access points into the house.
