I originally purchased a Samsung Dishwasher from Trail Appliances 11 Ave SE location approximately 2 years ago. Because the delivery and installation service was so professional, I returned to Trail recently when I needed a new refrigerator, stove, and range hood. I found the sales associate on my recent visit knowledgeable, and very patient. I had to change the delivery date 3 times due to changes in my personal schedule. The delivery men were again, professional, polite, and they removed my old appliances for recycling, and installed my new appliances in a timely manner, without scratching my walls, or damaging anything. Prices on new appliances are comparable to prices I have seen everywhere. They did knock off a bit for my set which makes up for the delivery and recycling charges. I will return to Trail again when I my washer/dryer needs to be replaced, due to the fabulous professional white glove delivery service. I like the fact Trail deals in nothing but appliances. So their sales, delivery and installation staff know their products.

I have been to Vacuum Specialists on Center Street in Calgary 3 times for repairs in the past 10 years. First two times my vacuum was repaired in a timely manner, the service was excellent, and the price was fair. On my most recent visit, I had dropped my Dyson stick vacuum and I thought I had broken it. I took the appliance to Vacuum specialists and they put it back together in under 5 minutes. No charge. This is an established business, I will return next time I am in need of repairs.
