We used Frogboxes when we moved houses a few months ago. They were super friendly, dropped off the boxes we needed and picked them up 6 weeks later when we were in our new place. The boxes are super handy: they are strong, stack well, and kept our stuff dry and secure in storage for a month. I would definitely recommend Frogbox.
About 18 months ago, we bought kids bunkbeds from the Richmond store. In the store, we were promised that the beds were made in Quebec and would be delivered within 6-8 weeks. After 14 weeks (and after a couple of calls to inquire) our bed finally arrived. It had "Made in China" stamped all over it. When we got it home, we saw that one of the safety bars was cracked, called the store, and they said that they'd order us another one. Again, after several weeks and many calls, we were finally told that it was there and we could pick it up. We rented a car and traveled to the store and... no safety bar. This happened twice. We eventually just gave up after several more calls where the staff had no idea what was up with the order. Do not shop at this store. It's a disaster.
