The tile that we received was nothing like the sample on the display floor. The sales lady was very nice but we did not receive a call from the owner to discuss the discrepancy. The sample was statuario marble 3".5" tiles. What we received were marble tiles with a multi colour palette including yellow and brown. Was told that it was the nature of marble. We know the nature of natural stone and asked the sales lady to confirm that the sample colour shown was what we would receive. She confirmed that yes it was. She seemed confused by the discrepancy as well. Unfortunately we did not know enough to check all of the tiles before they were installed. We have a very expensive white granite counter that is muddied by these tiles that were misrepresented to us. BTW, the tiles are hand prepared by Antica so obviously the white that they chose so consistently for the sample was nothing like what they chose for the actual product. Gross misrepresentation of product. Sample was still on the display floor months later. Beware.

You could not ask for a more professional company to work with for your granite needs. Their staff is exceptional and their product includes an immense range but also many types that we did not see in other places. You are always greeted with a smile and they go out of their way to help you. They are very proud of their operation and will educate you on the products, make informed suggestions, and followup with any concerns with extreme professionalism. Our followup care has been a pleasure as it gives us an opportunity to say hello to this wonderful group of people. You will not be disappointed by meeting with Bal and his staff and touring his plant. They have some truly exotic pieces. We ended up falling in love with Princess White and have not ever regretted paying a premium for this showpiece granite. We continually get compliments on it even from those that have been to our place before. It is stunning. We had the opportunity to meet with the sales rep from Italy and he said that we were lucky to have got our piece when we did as the quarry where it was started to have a large black vein through it. You could tell by the way that he was talking about our piece and a couple others that were still in the plant about how special these pieces were. From reception to sales to service you will feel that you are the most important customer that they have ever had regardless of how large or small or how expensive or inexpensive your job. Also, the product was ready on time and installed when we were promised. A followup for a concern was handled by a visit by Bal the owner and a repair specialist. It was fixed and now the seam is barely noticeable and only to us unless we tell someone. This is a gem of a company located around Eglinton and Warden. Look at the others then go to Pro Stone or the other way around. Either way I'm sure if you find what you want you will not be disappointed with your purchase from Pro Stone.
