George from Gas Guys was a pleasure to work with. We had an extensive renovation to our front and back yard that included the installation of a natural gas fire pit. George did a wonderful job educating us on the options with respect to location of fire pit, type of connection, type of fire pit to purchase for our needs and he also recommended a retail store to purchase the fire pit. George was always courteous, responded very quickly to our questions and was prompt and attentive. His work is excellent and we are very happy to have worked with him. We have had an extensive renovation to our front yard and back yard. We had driveway, veranda with new steps, walkway to the backyard (down a sloped hill), concrete patio in the back with fire pit and landscaping. Raffi and his team (Marcelo, Daniel and Joe and concrete team) are amazing. In particular, Marcelo is the project manager and oversees the process. Marcelo is very responsive and attentive to all questions asked. The most incredible work had to be by Daniel and Joe during the grading and framing process to get the site ready for the concrete pour. Elite Designed Concrete is courteous, respectful, reliable and they do spectacular work. We had to coordinate services with electrical, gas (for fire pit), landscaping, deck contractor etc. and Marcelo made sure everything was done and ready for the next group of trades.
