Door wasn't opening. Had referal from neighbour and made call to The Door Company. Friendly voices on the phone and offered to stop and inspect later that day. Service tech, Al? knew what he was doing, replaced a cable and offered to lubricate the door. Reasonable fee and door now works better than ever, thank-you :)
