Called to update Alarmforce on security information. Whilst on phone, also let them know about the battery low warning; was advised that my contract was up for renewal shortly. Spoke with Sherry, and she was fantastic; updated my information and provided an very competitive offer for renewal. All with upgraded equipment (including a new Key Fob) and installation. What peace of mind! I've been with AlarmForce for 3 years already and never had an issue or bad experience with customer service or the technical support. We have had some false alarms, but its reassuring to know that the 2-way communication is there and deals with the issue. Looking forward to the new wireless system that will be installed next week.
