I requested quotes from two companies for the repair of a small hole in our eaves troughs. The first told me the eaves troughs had to be completely replaced. Keep in mind that this was the same company that had just the previous year installed eaves trough screens at our house, and they never mentioned anything of the sort at that time. They quoted me $1,200 for the job. Andrew came by to give me a quote. He said the job was so minor that he'd fix it on the spot and didn't even want to charge me for it. In the end, we settled on $200. Most importantly, I felt like I was dealing with someone honest who knew what they were doing.

Hello Megan. So nice to hear from you. Thanks very much for taking the time to share these kind words even a few months later. It was a pleasure to help you out. I was right in your area and the repair was so minor I wasn't too worried about a charge. If the squirrel hadn't gotten involved we could've maybe just left it that way, you know what I mean (lol). I do believe that honesty is the best policy. Gaining the trust of my customers and establishing a relationship, and receiving their kind referrals, is more important to me than a one time cash grab. I'm glad you were pleased with my services and I thank you again for your time.
