It helped that I reserved both of my moves for first thing in the morning (8ish) so the movers were not only punctual but speedy throughout the process. These guys are not only fast, but they're careful. I couldn't believe that I had two moves in which nothing was broken. I consider it a minor miracle. The other awesome thing about this company is the people that they have working in the office, who are really quick to respond to emails and phone calls. All around, a classy bunch. Definitely recommend for a small move within the city of Burnaby.
