Steve, the owner, gave us great advice on which trees needed to be removed (due to unstable and unsafe condition), and on how to keep other trees healthy. The crew arrived on schedule, and it was evident that they were very skilled in their work. Luke, T.J., and Myles were extremely careful working in our large flower garden, and absolutely nothing was disturbed. They were so very respectful of our property, and they completed a very thorough cleanup. It was a pleasure to talk to these young men as well, as they shared their knowledge of trees with us. The whole experience was everything we could have hoped for, and we would call Glenwood first in the future should we need more help with our trees. It was especially reassuring when Steve first came to see us. There were some trees that had suffered badly from the record drought and heat this summer, but Steve was careful to identify the trees that could not be saved, as well as those that should recover eventually. When the two trees were taken down, they were obviously in extremely bad condition as many branches simply shattered. We still have a yard full of trees that, with a little care and a return to normal rainfall, should continue to beautify the property for years to come. Steve is very experienced and honest.
