I was setting up a move for our Toronto office on very short notice. I was referred to Emerald because the first moving company I contacted could not accommodate us on such short notice. From the first phone call to setting the items into storage this was the most hassle free and professional move I have ever experienced. David McClean and his staff showed up on time and handled the move - including taking apart furniture that I did not have the tools to dismantle myself, in half the time I expected the move to take. They boxed, and wrapped items and moved them quickly and carefully and recommended a storage facility to keep the items until we could set up a sale of equipment. David and his staff provided professional, service and guidance every step of the way. I have been involved in 5 office and home moves, and this experience rates a 10 out of 10. This set the standard for service and I could not have been happier with the experience.
