I have used this company several times over the past 10 years to replace furnaces, air conditioning units, and water tanks in my houses located in different areas. Their technicians are highly professional, and their service exceeds my expectations. They are willing to spend extra time to ensure they choose the best option for me. Their sales team is outstanding, particularly Jimmy, who patiently addressed many of the concerns I had. Additionally, their customer service team is excellent. They answered the phone even when I called them at 11pm at night, providing exceptional service. This level of availability and support surpasses any experience I've had with a one-person team. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

This is the first year we used Hometurf Lawn Care and their weed control solution did nothing to the weeds in my lawn. I've called them a couple of times to come back this year, which they did, but the spray that they used has not killed any of the weeds. We basically let the weeds grow after paying around $350 for the lawn care service. I have to kneel down every day to pull the weeds by myself for the past 2 weeks to get rid of some of the weeds and make the lawn look a bit better. I thought a lawn care service would take care of the weeds of my lawn and I didn't have to pull these weeds after paying for the service, however this year we had the most weeds and worst lawn in the past over 13 years that I have owned the house. I don't like complaining and this is my first complaint in Home Starts. I need someone to really find an effective solution to take care of my lawn or refund me for the lawn service. I hate going to work to make money to pay for the lawn care service and come home to take care of the lawn by myself. By the way, the workers who came for the service were friendly and did their job, however the problem is that the weed control solution that Hometurf provides doesn't work at all. The whole purpose to pay for the lawn service was to take care of my lawn and eliminate most of the weeds.

They are the best duct cleaning company I've hired! I found Green & Spotless from Homestars website and it was my first time to use their duct cleaning service today. They've done an amazing job and they took their time to make sure that all the duct vents are clean before moving onto another vent. The workers are really paying attention to the details. I love the idea of their new technology, which sucks up the dust from each vent, instead of the traditional duct cleaning that pushes all the dust to the bottom and possible in the middle of the duct, which you will never be able to get all the dust out. I strongly recommend them to my friends and families and I will continue using their service! Thank you so much for the awesome job you've done today for my house Alec and Devon! Really appreciate it!
