2 people visited our home (I am a new homeowner) from simply comfort, introduced them unethically as they are responsible for regular maintenance of our heating and cooling unit and performed 24-point maintenance as per their letter. But, after some time, our furnace and AC stopped working. Later, we came to know that the people visited our home are not properly trained personals to perform so-called maintenance and they we only sent out by simply comfort to promote their sale. Finally, they refused to take the responsibility of this damage, which led me to take up this issue to another level including legal action . New Home Owners! please be aware of these people.

Thank you for your feedback although we are dismayed to have read your review. As per our numerous conversations on the topic, Simply Comfort stands behind the fact that our Home Comfort Specialists who visited your home did not have anything to do with your furnace and air conditioner malfunctioning. When we sent out our trusted licensed technician, he determined that your furnace was over 20 years old and that the blower motor had seized due to it's age and the lack of maintenance by the previous homeowner.

Further, when we offered to fix your blower motor for you at a discounted rate, you declined and had it fixed by a different company. When we offered to cover 20% of that service fee, you declined as well.

We feel Simply Comfort has been more than fair and cooperative in this matter and hope you can understand our positioning.
