As first-time homebuyers, we wanted to know the good, bad and the ugly of what we were getting into. Brent spent almost four hours going through every square inch of our place. He was incredibly personable, took the time to walk us through everything without scaring us and kept asking if we had any questions. They are either well done, or poorly done where they did it just to sell a home quickly ("Lipstick", as we call it)I think overall they did a good job. There definitely some interesting things done, but overall pretty good. You guys should be quite happy with your purchase. When makes it even better is that the current homeowner was more than willing to fix all of the issues that I had mentioned in the report. That shows class. When the homeowners become defensive, to me that always raises some red flags and it doesn't make for an easy transaction.
