Over the past 20 years our kitchen sink, periodically, backs up and four different plumbers tell us our drain line is plugged and needs an automatic snake to clean it out, and at significant cost. JAG plumbing answered our request for service on our most recent line blockage. They tried the snake and while it seemed to work JAG was not satisfied this was the solution. They took the time to examine all our drain lines including a vent off the main line. They found the vent was totally plugged with years of waste accumulation and very little air was making its way into our main drain line. Turns out this has been the problem for many years but previous plumbers never took the time, or had no idea where to look for the problem. Yet we had been charged a lot of money for a temporary fix. JAG solved the problem, at a very reasonable cost. Their personnel know how to look for, and repair, about these types of problems than the big plumbing outfits. And, at significantly lower cost. Any future problems and we will call on JAG as our preferred plumbing firm. Thanks for a great job and we highly recommend JAG to anyone with a plumbing problem.

Huge thanks and appreciation to Original Roofing. April is mating season and a racoon had invaded our roof and made a large hole where she could enter to have her litter and raise her babies. As soon as we saw the hole we put out an SOS on HomeStars and Original Roofing, promptly contacted me. Within a few hours someone arrived at our home, proceeded to view the damage and noted there was a second area where the racoon was digging a hole. Their service was detailed and a quote was provided. They were ready to complete the work but I had already arranged for another company to provide a quote. Once I heard from the second company, I immediately contacted Original Roofing and someone arrived promptly the next morning (prior to heavy rainfall) to repair the large hole (with new plywood and shingles that easily matched those that had been damaged), repair the second area and repair other shingles. Job well done. That evening the racoon returned and started digging at the second area. Contacted Original Roofing the next morning and someone promptly returned in a couple of hours and repaired the new damage. You cannot get any better service than Original Roofing provided. Definitely above and beyond my expectations. Original Roofing has my highest recommendation. Thanks for the great job, and service!!

Rohan did a fine job. He explained all activities and provided tips/suggestions for better ventilation. He worked efficiently and in a timely manner and he was thorough. For us it was money well spent and would highly recommend this company. The extras offered were good value.
