Keith was a great aid in our most home purchase. The booking process on his website was quite convenient, and he sent a text message/email confirmation the day before the inspection to assure us he'd be there, and then arrived earlier than we did! He was quite thorough, and took about 2.5 hours guiding me around about 3000 ft of home telling me the obvious inspection pieces, but also giving my a better knowledge of the home I was about to live in. The report was given within several hours of completion and was well done. It allowed us to address one item very clearly with the home sellers, allowing us to negotiate that they repair an item. It was helpful that Keith has a background with electrical work, and was able to give us very valuable safety input on our home with aluminum wiring. Probably the most impressive thing I've noticed, is Keith's offer after inspection to provide lifelong consultation during ownership of the house and provide access to services to help me maintain my home. I feel this will be invaluable, as I try to check off some of the smaller items on the report, it will be nice to get input on what profession to contact etc. Overall, very happy with Keith's service.

Barry was excellent. There was mild delay in getting my project started due to another project running long, but he had already fit me in on short notice, so I certainly didn't mind. The work/clean up and service were all excellent. Very nice guy to deal with. Would definitely use again.

Very pleased with my service from Home-Pro. I had the owner Brian complete my job personally. The work was done well, at a fair price and with friendly service. Brian was kind enough to be flexible working me into his schedule with sporadic life events I had going on at the time. In addition to this, I was given a business card and an open invitation to call if I had any electrical questions the came up which Brian said he would be happy to answer. All in all, very pleased. Will definitely use Home-Pro for my future electrical work.

Unbelievable service! If there were a 6 star option I would have given it. If you've come here trying to find a reputable mover and are discouraged by all the different sketchy reviews you seem to hear about every single mover available that would have you believe that the moving industry is the most shady business out there, Hugh is the person you've been searching for. He's very friendly and professional. He came to our apartment over a month before hand and spent an hour with us laying out exactly what we could do to make the move go quickly if we were wanting to reduce the cost. All of our possessions made it from London to Ottawa safe and sound. He brought me coffee the morning of the move. The helpers he had we quite friendly and professional. The price. This was the biggest surprise. After talking to 8-10 movers, getting quotes and hoping to chose Hugh because he seemed the be running a quality service, he came and gave us a quote that was $500 cheaper than anyone else. He came in cheaper than the van lines that were going to take 4-7 days to deliver our items after the date of pickup. Two things that helped us with the price were that we packed very diligently to speed things up on moving day, and because Hugh has clients at both ends of the 401 corridor... he could charge for one way moving. He charged us by the hour and completed the move on our 1 bedroom apartment from London to Ottawa in 10 hours. Every aspect of the move was fantastic. The only reservations I had about the whole thing were that I couldn't find many reviews (outside of this one right here) about Hugh. I wondered why. After talking with the first reviewer and then with Hugh, I learned that his entire business is based on word of mouth. He was surprised when I called him, because I had found him without being told personally about him. I don't mean for this gushing review to devalue that system, but I really think for people in my situation that just want their possessions safely moved from one location to another, I have to recommend Hugh. Unforeseen circumstances and natural disasters aside, you will not be sorry you went with him.
