Screen on new door failed so Speyside service man contacted door manufacturer who sent out replacement screen. Oct 15 replacement screen was delivered to me so I emailed Speyside service man as I had been instructed. Oct 16 no reply from Speyside service man so I emailed Ryan with Speyside asking him to check with his service man. Oct 24 still hadn't heard back from Speyside so I left a phone message for Ryan asking when replacement screen would be installed. Oct 30 Ryan called and apologized for the delay in getting back to me. He advised that Matt would be out to put in the replacement screen. Oct 31 Matt installed the replacement screen. All is good now and Speyside does stand behind products they installed.
