I just had great service from Alarmforce! O.K. I must admit that I was skeptical because I tried to contact technical service earlier and after a long wait, I didn't get through. But I called back later and got through to a technician, Indy, who answered all my questions. I suggested it might be a good idea to test the system too to which he agreed and took me a through an extensive and thorough test of the whole house - which took a while (perhaps this is why the wait time can be lengthy). Indy emailed more information to me too while I was still on the phone. I know there is some criticism out there about Alarmforce but honestly since I've been with them for six years now - I've only had good experiences.
