I have a small reach-in closet that I needed a closet organizer for. Hercules has been very friendly and personable throughout the closet design process and very patient with all my many questions and revisions to the closet design! I have been most pleased so far with the exceptional service and can't wait for my new closet to be installed this week. UPDATE: I have my new closet and I love it! It's exactly what I wanted.
