From start to finish this was an excellent experience. We did extensive research for our door purchase and selected Aurora Windows & Doors. Alon (sales associate) was very helpful. He came to our house to measure, offered suggestions, samples and product books. He answered his phone promptly when I called later with questions. We took several months to make our decision about the style of door and glass. We did not receive any annoying phone calls or emails pressuring us for a decision. When we finally went in to place the order Felix was also a pleasure. He offered some suggestions and let us know how long it would be for the order to come in. The order arrived when expected and the 2 installers were skilled, efficient, careful and respectful in our home. The final product is exactly what we were hoping it would be. I would highly recommend this company.

From the moment I walked in for a quote to the day when the capping was completed, this has been an amazing experience. Brandon came to my home on the same day I walked in to the showroom for a quote. He brought colour samples and inspected the work site. The quality of their workmanship is first rate. They even re-enforced the existing garage door opener. Their people are courteous and efficient. One of the doors springs needed adjusting a month or so later and technician was there within a couple of days. Great experience, Highly recommended! Johanna
