Great experience with this company. I bought a deal through Livingsocial. I was skeptical as to whether the company would try to charge for "extras". Turns out that I had nothing to worry about. They were very accomodating with scheduling. On the day of the appointment they called prior to the time and informed me that they were running behind schedule and asked if it would be possible to come later in the day. They called prior to the reschedule time to let me know that they would arrive in about 30 minutes. They were right on time. Extremely courteous, efficient and professional. Diya explained everything and there were no surprise charges. Would definitely recommend them.
