I had called a couple of other tree services companies about my annoying mulberry trees, it was the busy spring season, i got quotes, but they didn't even bother calling back with a date. I actually called Cohen and Master in the fall because I got a flyer from them, someone came over very quickly and measured the trees and gave me a quotation. The price was in line with previous quotes I had. It seems quite reasonable considering the amount of people and equipment. They actually came a couple of weeks before they had estimated. 4 people working made very fast work of the trees and they were done in half a days work. They left no mess at all, and my neighbors were happy to see the end of those messy berry trees!

The house looks a million times better now! If you have real brick, why not flaunt it. Spent extra time because there were a lot of layers of paint, and painter spent the time to remove and replace downspouts which were in the way, and get rid of a satellite dish mount which had been left there by bell. There was no extra charge over the quoted amount for any of the extra work. 10/10.

After checking a few different contractors, I decided to go with CoreTemp. The price was a bit more than some, but it was worth it for high quality equipment and professional work. There were no hidden costs, and I paid exactly what was on the estimate. The installation was a bit difficult due to limited space for the vent, and my house is quite narrow. They worked around it very well, Everything was wired/plumbed in very neatly and they cleaned up after the job was finished. I waited a couple of weeks to make sure everything is working nicely before posting a review. everything is working flawlessly, and i love the tankless water heater! (i know i will probably not save any money over its lifetime, but I never run out of water, and no surprises in the shower with hot or cold water when i least expect it. That is worth it to me :) )
