From beginning to end, Tom was great! He met with us and understood our needs immediately. Also, being an expert in the industry, he was able to guide us in the right direction for the style and finishes that would best suit our needs. He was very informative and that helped with our decision making process very quickly. His crew is great as well. The installer worked efficiently and did a superb job. There was nothing to clean up after either. The cost was competitive. But when it comes down to it, it's about the personal project management, delivering the product/service on time, great craftsmanship and the follow-up to make sure we were happy. I have already recommended Uber Storage to numerous friends.
