I had a concern about asbestos in floor tiles I discovered just before my kitchen reno. I read the reviews on here and decided to ask for help having read about the prompt reply. On a Sunday at 6pm I got a call within 15 minutes of my quote request from Dave. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and generous with his time. He helped save me so much money by explaining the ways I could address my issue. I will certainly use him again and look forward to referring him to anyone who needs help in this area. I had an amazing experience with this company. I worked with George who was so helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. He came to inspect the job and talked to me about what I needed. He then promptly sent me a quote as promised. He was available quickly and on the day of the appointment he came with two colleagues who did the actual work. He brought them in to explain the job and ensure they understood my requests again. I felt very confident about their work and they moved quickly to get the job done for me. They would also pause to answer all my questions and double checked heights with me before installing for precision. Communication was great and left me feeling involved and sure I was getting what I needed done. George called me after the guys what finished to ensure I was happy and everything was how I wanted it. Even after I had paid I emailed them with a question and got an impressively quick response and they dropped off a part for me the next day (which admittedly I should have just gotten myself but he was super nice) This is tiny, but I really appreciated that I got notifications when someone from Advance Plumbing was em route to my place so I was ready.

Michael was really polite, punctual and respectful of my home. He was fast, took photos to show me his work and did a thorough job. I would definitely call him again and recommend him!

Joe was exceptional. He did a thorough examination of our property to determine any possible entries locations from mice. He wasn't trying to just deal with the current rodent problem, he wanted to prevent it from happening again, which is so key and often what other companies neglect to do. He had all the tools necessary and went way beyond our expectations, which included crawling under our deck and doing all types of sealing around the doors. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained to us how to detect rodents (signs of nests, where to look for entry points, where they were crossing in ceiling) and how we could take our own precautions because he genuinely doesn't want mice to return What I love is that he doesn't solely rely on poison to solve the problem. He tackles it from every angle. Overall, Joe went above and beyond. More importantly, he genuinely cares about solving our rodent problem and is willing to spend as long as it takes to get the job done.
