Ian was great and reliable. He came over and was well prepared. We talked about what we had in mind for a mud room and he gave us suggestions on what was good and what was not a good idea. He provided a design the very next day, which is an amazing turnaround time. We gave him some additional suggestions and he modified the design. He had more suggestions and again he modified it to our specifications with no complaints and in a very timely manner. When it came to the installation, it was done in about a day. Now we have a beautiful mud room. Wendy and I are very happy with our decision to go with Tailored Living.
