We know that renos will come with unexpected surprises and don't always go according to plan. This project took a bit longer to complete due to a couple of speedbumps, but we liked the way Matt and Matt handled and resolved the issues that came up. That is good customer service. The Matts also kept us updated with any required changes so we knew what was going on. Once the smoke cleared we were satisfied with how everything turned out.
