Meeting with Cy was a great experience - he clearly stood out from the other contractors we met with, as he was very conscientious about booking the initial appointment, and he even offered to meet with us after working hours, adapting to our schedule. He spent over an hour with us, politely answering all of our questions while educating us about this important decision, without applying any pressure. We decided to contract with Spring Home, and we're very happy with our decision - the installers were conscientious and highly efficient overall during the installation, and they have been attentive to our questions throughout the process.
