Very thorough! Your company did the home inspection for the buyers of our townhouse and we were very impressed. I decided to call you guys to inspect the new house we bought and I am very glad we did. Our inspector brought to light many things we wouldn't have normally discovered. He pointed out issues with the upstairs bathroom, safety concerns to ensure the wellbeing of our children, issues that were left unfinished such as a vent that wasn't vented outside and dimple wrap that was unsecured. Thanks to his thorough assessment, we were able to take our concerns to the sellers who agreed to fix everything we discussed with them. My brother is our realtor and I have already told him to continue to use your company as his go to for home inspections.Thanks again!!
