I was in market to get custom closets installed in my two walk-in, one slide-in and one entryway closets. I got quotes from different installers and got a knowledge on what kind of materials they use for installation. I was satisfied with material of couple of installers but the quality and cost comparison worked well will Jib. Since he is an authorized ClosedMaid contractor in our area, Costco recommended him for closet installation(Thanks to Costco and it gives cash back of $100 per $1000 services and you have to schedule appointment through them). Jib was very professional starting from the time when I contacted him over phone for initial designs to the time the closets are installed. He provided the tentative designs within an hour after we had phone conversation before setting up an appointment for design and measurements in person. He was very helpful and accommodative with the requirements we have and he provided his advises when we requested instead of selling something which we didn't want. Appointment time was communicated upfront and on the installation day everything went great. They kept the working areas very tidy and used garage to cut the wood. After installation, they vacuumed the areas which they used. One thing I liked very muck is that they take care of cutting the baseboards to the exact length required (for which other installers said they will charge) and caulked the gaps between the frame and drywall. The work completed in very professional manner and I would highly recommend Jib and his crew.

I got to know them through Groupon but I called them and booked for appointment. The availability for next appointment is reasonable and they are flexible and can accommodate week-ends too. I needed additional hook-ups as my furnace is complex. They covered it at no extra cost. No hidden fees and furnace blowing option included in their basic package of 12 vents. Since my A/C coil is sitting just on top of furnace blower they recommended me to go with A/C coil cleaning as well and I was very Happy with the overall package they offered. I already recommended a friend of mine and I am writing this review after taking his opinion on their service. My only disappointment is with their timing. They Scheduled a time for which I have to start early from office. They turned up bit late to the working site. I won't mind on this as the service they provided is worth the wait but quoting it so that they will improve on this.
