The company replied to my review and they are saying they didn't recognize my name but that is because my partner paid with his Visa under his name. What happened is that the other day my lock handle fell off the lock of our front condo door. I had to rush out to meet a friend who was visiting Toronto so left my partner in charge. The handle to the front door was broken but the lock worked. I even sent a picture via my phone of the lock when I called to request service My partner assumed I would pay between $50 to 150 and failed to ask for an estimate. The price was outrageous. I felt violated and sick as if someone had made a fool of me ; my partner blamed himself for not being helpful. I had no idea this was the going rate for a lock. Yes it was fixed but at an exhorbitant fee.

I bought a couch from this company less than 7 years ago. Have no children or pets.. The couch leather has started to crackle and leave white patches underneath.What really maddens me is that I had a leather couch I bought from Eatons in 1992 and it is still in good shape but my new couch looks terrible. Apparently this company is "outsourcing" and whoever is now making the furniture is obviously cutting corners. Disgusted.
