Mitch was very thorough and Professional. I mentioned several things to look at specifically and he addressed all my concerns including documenting moisture readings and backing up with photos. He went through the Report at the end and took his time explaining what he found and what was important and what was cosmetic. The Final report had lots of pictures clearly laying out any issues and what the various fixes were. I highly recommend both the Company and Mitch. Cheers!
