I called Express Rooter to come about a stain on the ceiling below my toilet and smelled when I flushed it. The toilet was new last summer. The plumbers who renovated my bathroom were clearly inexperienced. They said it was not their problem when contacted. Another plumber wanted over $1000 to investigate. Vlad came and decided to take the toilet up to see. He found that it had not been done properly. He fixed it and replaced an old valve. He also checked another toilet for me that had also been done during the renovation. He explained things to me, was reliable and reasonable. I will call them again. Thanks again for the great service.
