The Operations Manager for our renovation was fantastic. Chris took it over after a bit of a rough start and promised a timeline for completion of our project and thankfully was done right on time. The quality of the work by all of the trades was fantastic and they went above and beyond on several occasions including some re-spraying of some cupboards from our previous renovation. Chris checked in on us on a regular basis, asked us how things were going and if there were any concerns. All of the trades showed up on time and they were very careful to not be too disruptive with our regular day to day life which is tough when you have 2 bathrooms being done at the same time. It was difficult to keep things dust-free but every effort was made to keep it clean as possible which we appreciated given that most trades do not take care when it comes to that. Other than the sanding process of the drywall where there was extensive dust all over our closet, we were relieved by the low level of dust and debris. With Chris in charge of your project you can be sure that you will receive great service, great suggestions and a willingness to help get your project done on time. One thing that I would recommend that could be changed is the initial process with the sales team. Pricing was a bit off as we had a budget to work with and we came in over budget on this project. More than I would have liked. We loved the end product but the sales process needs to be improved as this prevented us from moving forward in the beginning and Chris rescued the process. Thanks to Chris and his trades we have 2 fantastic and very functional bathrooms for our kids and ourselves. I would highly recommend Reborn and especially if Chris is in your charge of your renovation.

We did an entire main floor renovation. Everything from floors refinished, tile replaced, cabinets redone, new island, new lighting, walls removed and painting. Every one of the trades was fantastic. They were easy to work with, did fantastic work and were very accommodating when we wanted to make changes or had questions about what something would look like. We are thrilled with the way it looks now and have had compliment after compliment from friends and family. We were done according to our timelines as well which was really important to us as trades were on time and showed up when scheduled despite a couple of our changes. Very happy with the way things turned out as we had a vision for what it would look like and it exceeded our expectations.
