Dia and his crew did a fantastic job with the duct, dryer vent, furnace and air conditioner cool cleaning. He spent allot of time showing me video of all the crap that was stuck in my ducts. He is super friendly and went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

This is an awesome place to buy tile. I dealt with Eda and she was just fabulous. I purchased tile that I was not happy with and Eda worked with me to ensure I got something that I was totally happy with. They treat customers like how they would like to be treat, with respect and dignity. Many places change their tone and provide terrible customer service after the sale is completed but The Tile Shoppe is a refreshing change. I highly recommend this store. The prices are great, the products are great and the service is just outstanding. Will be back for my next project.

Chris and his son came to clean my chimney which I have not had cleaned since I moved into our place 6 years ago. I contacted George from Precision Glass after speaking with a few other vendors (listed on Homestars). George was very professional. He contacted me in a timely manner, arrived to take measurements as promised, and delivered/installed the glass shower on time. The crew was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Flavio and Serge came through again! This is the second time I have used Pro-Tech. The first time was for shutters in our entire main floor, and this time was for two large windows in our Master Bedroom. Great service, great price, great product and great installation. We needed shutters installed on our main floor. Flavio provided a great price and delivered an excellent product with A+ installation (by Serge). Flavio is very customer focused and ensures that the customer is always happy. We are going to use Pro-Tech again for the bedrooms. I would highly recommend Pro-Tech.

We recently purchase a home which had over 30 years of grease build up in underground drainage pipes. Our kitchen sink would constantly back-up if we ran the water for more than 20 minutes. We received several quotes from the "top companies" and decided to go with Express Router because of their price and the "Holmes" credibility. Jason came over and provided a detailed explanation of what the problem was, and his recommendation for a guaranteed fix. When the work was being done, Jason showed me via his scope camera that there was about 15 feet of pipe that was 95% clogged with grease. The grease was completely hard in some areas. Jason did an excellent job and after he was done he ran the camera again to show me the pipe from start to the end of the line leading to the street. The pipe was now completely clear and clean. The foul odor we used to have coming from the kitchen sink is now gone, and drain back ups are a thing of the past. Thank you Jason for doing such a thorough job and for taking the time to explain all the details. You are a true professional.

We purchased a 30 year old home, which has never had the ducts cleaned. Once we moved in, we did allot of renovations which added to the already very dirty ducts. Paul did a fantastic job in cleaning our entire duct lines. Paul was very professional, honest, courteous and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone. Thanks Paul. The first time I met Peter I was very impressed by his knowledge, attention to detail and design ideas. Peter was also very easy to talk to and took the time to understand our needs. We hired Peter to remove a load bearing wall, reface our fireplace and to install two exterior doors. Peter and his team were always on time, worked very efficiently, cleaned up after each day and did an excellent job. We are certainly going to hire Peter again for other projects in our home.

Antonio and his crew spent about a week at our home upgrading our electrical service from 100 to 200 amp, upgrading the electrical panel and installing over 65 potlights both inside and outside our home. I was so impressed by the quality of the workmanship of Antonio's crew. They were extremely friendly and took the time to explain every detail. Antonio and his crew was also very accommodating with my changes and always went above and beyond my expectations. Its very rare to find good contractors that have pride in their work that don't settle for anything less that 100%. Thank you Antonio for making our home look beautiful. I really appreciate you working through the holiday season to get the work done on time and on budget. I will be calling on your for our basement renovation project :-)
