I was very pleased with the prompt service, the exchange of information, and the recommendations for the future in regards to our air conditioner. It was all accomplished in a couple of hours and while it could have been much worse news about the state of the unit, I was still very happy that Mike took the time to properly assess and explain how our older unit is functioning. I would not hesitate to recommend A1 to friends and family.
