Dany, Dino and the crew from The Custom Deck Company did an amazing job building us a new cedar porch. Although the project started later than we anticipated (weather), it was well worth the wait! Their attention to detail and craftsmanship, openness to sharing ideas and knowledge certainly made the project exciting to experience from the planning stage to execution to the final product. Dany and his crew communicated very well from the beginning. Not to mention, keeping the job site organized and clean. We couldn't happier with the resulting design and of course, the smell of cedar! We brought in Toni and his crew from Drain Com. Excellent service and install. Although we ran in to a few complications Toni was such a pleasure to deal with. His attention to detail and patience, additional work , knowledge, communication and overall professionalism has certainly won us over as loyal clients. Can't say enough about his communication throughout the project. Very responsive to all our questions day and night and he took the time to educate us. Crew was on time and clean. Serghie, the foreman (hope I spelled your name correctly) was amazing. Such attention to detail and work ethic. He too shared his knowledge and took his time with all tasks to make sure the work was done correctly. His communication and thoughtful assessments eased our minds during the project (btw, your English is perfect!). Santina at head office was soo patient with us and made every effort to also share her knowledge and clarify any questions we had. Service and install compared to no one else. After being educated by Aaron, it was apparent to my wife and I that our old systems had to be replaced. The combi unit they installed is OUTSTANDING not to mention the process of building and installation of the unit. NO ONE does an install like AccuServ. I've gotten so many amazing comments from other contractors who've worked on our basement reno. Very impressive! Such professionalism and attention to detail. Not to mention the wealth of knowledge by Aaron, James, Jake, Ashok, Josh and crew. The amount of attention throughout the process by AccuServ made the experience second to none. It was time to replace our old storm windows. 2 big bay windows in the front of the house and two bedroom windows. We had come across the Magic Window showroom during our outing at the CNE so we decided to check them out. The young brunette woman (I believe she was an engineer at Magic Window) was so informative and pleasant to deal with. She showed us everything about the windows and explained the engineering and thought that Sal (Owner and engineer of the product) put into his product. We were very impressed and booked an appointment. MichelleG came to our house and gave a very informative presentation of their product with samples and documentation. We were very impressed. We had a total of 5 windows replaced, we were very happy with the outcome. From the day we signed the contract to the day of installation, six weeks had elapsed (give or take a few days). The installers were amazing. They were on time, very courteous and pleasant. They were very careful and respectful. They took their time and went to great lengths to address the details of the installation. The installation took approx. 4.5 hours to complete. They cleaned up afterwards as best as they can. Upon completion they then presented us with a care bag and explained to us how to maintain the windows with the products in the care bag. The installaters work for Magic Window and when speaking with one of them he had said from his years of experience that he hasn't seen a great quality window product on the market. "These are the best. I haven't seen any other window that's better" he said. They are by far amazing windows. We immediately noticed the difference in noise from the street and the amount of warmth in the house hours later. We ordered the white casement windows pewter style. Included inserts are bug screen, thermal screen (blackout screen) and sheer screen (30% visibility). Full vertical window panes that open wide, engineered in thirds (both big bay windows approx 60-80" wide). Bedroom windows were single vertical pane with maximum openness. We are soo happy with them.
