Our multiple project reno with Norseman was completed about a month ago and we are beyond thrilled with the results! We hired them to completely renovate our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, build a new elevated back deck, and enclose our front porch and incorporate it into our indoor living space. The entire team of Norseman staff and trades people were fantastic from beginning to end! Always on time, always available to answer questions, respectful of our budget and high quality work. Our project manager, David, stepped in half way through our reno, as our previous PM had to leave for personal reasons. David took over seamlessly, and with such professionalism. He knew every aspect of our projects and was able to direct all the trades without interruption. He was diligent in checking on our house daily and making sure everything was running smoothly. He always answered all of our messages quickly, enthusiastically, and in detail. His many years of experience was obvious and was so appreciated! A special shout out also goes to Kevin (Vice-President), who was also at our weekly meetings. Always reassuring and kept everything on track. Our project was finished in the EXACT timeframe that was promised! We are absolutely in love with our beautiful new custom kitchen, new designer bathrooms, new elevated back deck, and new front room (previously the front porch)! Thank you David, Kevin and all of the Norseman team for making our old house into our new dream home! We give them 5 stars all the way!

Coretemp is hands down the only heating and air company you should use! Richard and his team are the nicest, most professional, most ethical and honest, and highly skilled people you could ever meet. I have been using Coretemp ever since they installed my new furnace and AC unit 6 years ago, after noticing a flood in my furnace room. They promptly responded to my emergency back then and continue to be my only go-to people for all my furnace, AC, and tankless water heater needs. I contact Richard every year to perform my furnace maintenance service. This year I also got them to do a maintenance flush on my tankless water heater, which I had never done before. Through no fault of their own, the hot water valve broke during the service. It had calcified internally from lack of maintenance, and cracked when being turned off. Not only did Richard and Erik rush out to find the parts to fix it (they didn't want me to be without hot water for one second), Richard did not charge me for the parts or labor! And I was kept undated every step of the way. He always conducts business fairly and with integrity. He goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy. 5 star company with 5 star knowledge, skill and customer service!

The nicest and most professional people ever! Very honest and fair. On time and attentive. Solved problems as they arose with patience and care. Their work is impeccable and their staff are very respectful and thorough!
