After years of having my husband take care of the lawn I noticed, when admiring my lawn from an upper window, an obvious plaid pattern. Sure enough, my husband had followed advice to use a pattern going in one direction, then the other but the wheeled broadcaster was only depositing small amounts in a narrow band, rather than along the total width of the spreader, creating a plaid effect! Even though I am obsessed by my garden (not the lawn) we did without any fertilizer or weed control for years. A few years ago, I managed to catch the attention of a LawnSavers technician while he was doing my neighbour's great-looking lawn & requested service for a particular weed infestation I'd been hand-pulling. Been using LawnSavers since then & am thrilled by the lack of weeds & health of the lawn. Technicians make constructive comments & it feels like a partnership. Those 1st place Landscape Garden Best Street-side Garden trophies from the Thornhill Garden & Horticulture Society are a positive result, too! Bonus – no more plaid patterned lawn!

LawnSavers was recommended by neighbours when I first noticed turf repeatedly dig up by skunks searching for the scrumptious grubs I was encouraging to take up residence in my lawn! LawnSavers took care of it promptly and successfully. For years I have been hand-weeding but not fertilizing and scorned chemical treatments but was so impressed by all interactions with Lawnsavers & their technicians that I have signed up for their Protection service for the past few years and my lawn has improved and never looked better! Now that it looks great and grubs are gone I just need to discourage the neighbourhood dogs from decorating my lawn - but there's no help for that!

Had windows replaced and a greenhouse window installed 2 1/2 years ago. Everything was great - Sandy in sales was professional and helpful, installation was good but last summer one window stuck. Though it got better it was temporary and this summer was impossible to open! I always anticipate hassles when I ask for service but was so pleasantly surprised, instead! Spoke to Jenn in the office and she coordinated service to occur today. An installer, Nick C., came to service this window. He arrived when predicted without my having to wait around all day! Nick is pleasant, personable and did the repair by taking apart frame - no hassle, no charge! Everyone at Brock was great to deal with. Thanks!
